Your wrong. The oil line is run through a heat disappator that looks like a small radiator. Yes, it’s air cooled, but not all air cooled bikes have oil coolers.
George Mwangi thats what he was saying that he could get 22km per litre from his bike …then he was reffered to classic customs ….ian the karizma R is carburator…….nwez george let us get more info on the bike as much
Guys I have Karizma R which carb setting by first free service. which Custom Classic sorted out settings. The ZMR has EFI an improved version… only problem with Bike was fuel consumption… and you will need to change rear tire coz has no grips
Sameer, David can not speak in regards to the ZMR, he owns the R. The ZMR will not need tuning because it has Electronic Fuel Injection unlike the R and can not be “tuned” as the fuel delivery is controlled by a computer.
The place is just on the road opposite libra House on mombasa road. It’s one of the shops inside sameer business pack and their sign HERO is visible from the road
They have the spares and service center there. I love the hero hunk 150 more. Very muscular
hehe confused i have to see it with someone first
Oil cooled? lol! That’s just a fancy word for air cooled

But can you guys refer to what one Kinoti was complaining about in this forum in regard to KARIZAM
his carbs were messed up
David Kinoti tell us about the dealers
That’s all we need to know. Very reputable company http://www.sameer-group.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=90&Itemid=54
Who messed up his carbs, sameer,Let this kinoti narrate to us what happened before we commit ourselves to this bike.what
This bike doesn’t have carbs
George Mwangi thats what he was saying that he could get 22km per litre from his bike …then he was reffered to classic customs ….ian the karizma R is carburator…….nwez george let us get more info on the bike as much
I know.. the ones shown in this photo are ZMR
yah kinoti has the R
BTW.. there is a new ZMR available next year, so I’m sure India is trying to get these pushed out over here. http://www.indiancarsbikes.in/motorcycles/2014-hero-karizma-zmr-first-thoughts-74992/
Very interesting that Erik Buell has started to collaborate with Hero http://www.zigwheels.com/news-features/news/hero-motocorp-pens-strategic-alliance-with-ebr/11738/1
not much of diff in engine though
True.. but the addition of oil cooling will certainly prolong the engine life
this old zmr is also oil cooled :O
ahh.. I thought you were saying vs. R
hmmm no……lol
Kinoti has the ZMR this.new arrivals is the new model
No, this isn’t the new model and if Kinoti is having carb problems he dosnt have the ZMR
Ian Cox ur right
First they brought the carbs n now EFI
The current 2013 ZMR available from Ryce shown in the above photos has EFI. The new 2014 ZMR has a lot of body changes.
The ZMR has had EFI from day 1
Eish the new one will have sweet looks. But where is the bajaj

If you are thinking of Buying then you need to have bike tune up by experts
David Kinoti u mean if we buy the ZMR it needs some tuning and a bigger rear tyre
Sameer, David can not speak in regards to the ZMR, he owns the R. The ZMR will not need tuning because it has Electronic Fuel Injection unlike the R and can not be “tuned” as the fuel delivery is controlled by a computer.
OH OK but if you see also the ZMR has a small tyre at the rear wt do u think Ian Cox
Personally, I would wear out the rear tire and then replace with a wider one if desired.
Zmr I have no clue ….but R its Cool now for Me.
That’s what am doing on my Hero R. Rear tire most of the Time tends to screed thus am afraid of high speeds ..
Forgive my ignorance, but how much does the ZMR go for?
confirmed jana its 240k Clifford Derrick
I’m thinking to go and buy one this coming week
Thanks for the info Sameer Mohamed Vayani
Clifford Derrick ur welcome……..
Ian Cox when leme know i wana go as well we can meet up

Could you kindly post a pin up of the directions to their showroom here Ian Cox & Sameer Mohamed Vayani

The place is just on the road opposite libra House on mombasa road. It’s one of the shops inside sameer business pack and their sign HERO is visible from the road
Okay (y)
Why I hate hero honda…rear tire: 100, aircooled engine. Fix those two and I may go for it
Air cooled with an oil cooler is pretty good. You can always put a bigger tire.
Looks great.
Sameer is it 240k with or without VAT?
when i called i asked him how much r u selling it and he said 240k so most probably that meant it was inclusive evrything Alex Ngatia
